United's Portuguese prince was crowned king this week when his peers voted him FIFPro World Player of the Year. So we thought we'd celebrate Ronaldo's success with seven of his 42 goals from last season.

Sir Alex Ferguson presented him with the FIFPro award, voted for by his peers, on Monday at United's Carrington training HQ. And the Reds winger will show off the trophy to fans at OT before tonight's clash with West Ham.

After summer ankle surgery the Reds winger soon hopes to be back to his best and he's already targeting a similar haul this season, no matter how difficult that proves to be.

The FIFPro world gong is likely to be the first of many global awards coming Cristiano's way this year, with the announcement of the Ballon d'Or accolade due to be confirmed on 2 December - Ronny's hot favourite, of course.
